Leasing a horse is a good option for clients looking to become more involved in riding (and/or shows) without the initial expense of purchasing a horse of your own. When you lease a horse from us you then have secure use of that horse for lessons and first choice of that horse for shows.
It’s like you own the horse 7 days a week - you are the only rider. You are responsible for paying board, shoeing and vet bills for duration of lease.
this is best suited for beginners, recreational riders and beginning competitors. Any number of days can be made to suit your schedule and price range. For example: 1 lesson and 2 practice rides every week. Please contact Jenna for pricing and customizing.
Jenna would be happy to help you sell or find your next horse. There is a 10% commission charge (minimum $500).
Clients are responsible for travel costs and any other extra expenses. This does not apply when horses are being tried at a horse show the trainer is already attending.
- If training services are needed in preparation of a horse for sale, then flexible arrangements can be made. These arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.
*We only represent horses that we consider safe and competent in the discipline for which they are being sold into. We will not misrepresent a horse’s ability in order to make a sale. This would be cruel to the animal, dangerous for the purchaser and fatal to our reputation.
